My goal is to create stunning portraits in which the focus is entirely on my clients.
Allow me to show you what I look for, and what I change, to turn my portrait work into polished masterpieces.
(I don't touch is my client's personal features, such as dimples, beauty marks and wrinkles, because those are a part of you and your history, and they belong everywhere you go.)

Of course I always check my backgrounds during the session, but also do so during editing, because things sneak in. Take this light post and fence, for instance. We don't need that.

Posts are just everywhere, and they are often marked with bright red stripes for safety. (And I do appreciate the need for that, but I find it vexing in my portraits.) Purses and cups also have a habit of photo bombing.
